About Me
I am an Exercise Physiologist, New York and California State Licensed Massage Therapist, 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Reiki Master Teacher. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, and an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from SUNY Orange in New York.
In 2007, I received my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification under Yoga Alliance, and have taken continuing education courses in Athletes and Pelvic Rehabilitation (15 hours), SUP Yoga Teacher Training (40 hours), YOGA for PTSD (15 hours), Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki Healing, and Traditional Thai Massage (28 hours). I'm also certified in CPR/AED, First Aid, and PSUPA Flat Water.
I have been a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2004 and was inducted into the Who's Who Executive, Professional, and Entrepreneurial Registry in 2008 and 2009. I've been active in the movement community since the age of 5, and I look forward to bringing people closer to overall Well-Being.
