I am an Exercise Physiologist, a Specialized and Intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist,
Reiki Master Teacher and a Certified Yoga Teacher. I ensure a unique experience, as well as
being committed to your Comfort, Satisfaction, and Healing.

I examine medical history and address specific issues as best suit my clients and students.

Sarah E. Colesanti is an Exercise Physiologist, New York and California State Licensed Massage Therapist, 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Reiki Master Teacher. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, and an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from SUNY Orange in New York. She received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification under Yoga Alliance in 2007, and has taken continuing education courses in Athletes and Pelvic Rehabilitation (15 hours), SUP Yoga Teacher Training (40 hours), YOGA for PTSD (15 hours), Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki Healing and Traditional Thai Massage (28 hours), as well as being certified in CPR/AED and First Aid and PSUPA Flat Water 1.
She is a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2004,
and was inducted into the Who's Who Executive, Professional, and Entrepreneurial Registry
in 2008 and 2009. Sarah has been active in the movement community since the age of 5 and looks forward to bringing people closer to overall Well-Being.
