If you're looking for ultimate relaxation, improved health and healing or to re-energize and rejuvenate - you've come to the right place. I am an exercise physiologist, a specialized licensed massage therapist and a certified yoga teacher that ensures a unique experience as well as being committed to your comfort and satisfaction.
 
My company is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance.  I examine medical history and address specific issues as best suit my clients and students.  As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Sarah E. Colesanti is an Exercise Physiologist, New York and California State Licensed Massage Therapist, 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and an Advanced Reiki Practitioner.  She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, and an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from SUNY Orange in New York.  Sarah has taken continuing education courses in Cranial-Sacral Therapy and Traditional Thai Massage as well as being certified in CPR and First Aid.  She is a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2004, and was inducted into the Who's Who Executive, Professional, and Entrepreneurial Registry in 2008 and 2009.  Sarah has been active in the movement community since the age of 5 and looks forward to bringing people closer to overall well-being.
